What We Offer
A flexible part-time schedule designed to work around academic commitments, along with performance-based compensation that provides uncapped earning potential. Interns begin at 20% commission participation with opportunities for advancement based on performance, consistency, and production. The role includes hands-on training in sales, communication, and objection handling, as well as mentorship from experienced professionals and the opportunity to participate in shadow days with top-producing agents. High-performing interns may also qualify for our licensing reimbursement program.*
